The Actors Centre

The Director-Actor Ideas Relationship

WHAT IS IT? A two-day workshop exploring the collaborative fault lines of actors offering ideas in the rehearsal room. HOW WILL IT WORK? Director Russell Bolam will undertake different rehearsal scenarios and contexts to explore and deconstruct when and where an actor can offer ideas and how best to offer them to the director. WHAT DO YOU GET OUT OF IT? An increased awareness of rehearsal room dynamics, a cultivated instinct and intuition for your future collaborations and a mutually therapeutic and cathartic platform with a director. Price: £60.
