Emma Dennis-Edwards is a Playwright of Jamaican and Trinidadian heritage. Emma has been a participant at the Royal Court, Soho, Lyric Hammersmith and Oval House’s young writers programmes and was mostly recently awarded a commission by the Old Vic as part of The Old Vic 12 Programme. Emma’s play Funeral Flowers  was part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and won the Scotsman’s Fringe First Award. It has since enjoyed a sold out transfer in London at the Bunker Theatre.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make a workshop you have booked, we cannot transfer bookings. You must cancel and rebook. If a member is eligible for a refund, you will receive an automated refund into your Actors Centre account. We do not refund onto payment cards or into bank accounts. Any refund will incur a £2.00 administration charge which will be debited from your Actors Centre account.

You can request 100% of the workshop cost refunded to your account, less the £2.00 administration charge, up to two weeks before the event or workshop’s scheduled start date. If you provide less than two weeks’ notice for a cancellation, the below charges will apply.

An 80% refund will be credited to your Actors’ Centre account and can be requested up to four working days (96 hours) before the event or workshop’s scheduled start. No refunds can be processed after this time unless we are able to resell your place from a waiting list.
