Panel: Brains On Stage
Thursday 7th November
21:15 - 22:15
How do our brains differ from yours? How do internal thoughts and mental processes translate on stage? What can theatre do to explain the unexplainable? Join Maiden Speech creators and guest panelists as we discuss the representation of neurodiversity and mental health on stage.
This panel discussion will be free to attend, but will culminate in a bucket collection for the National Autistic Society. We're proud to be supporting the UK’s leading charity for autistic people and their families, who are working to transform lives, change attitudes, and create a society that works for autistic people.
This panel will follow performances of:
Asper-Girl by Hannah Cound | Music & Lyrics by Amy Le Rossignol & Hanna Cound (18:15)
Can’t Stop Won’t Stop by Kayla Feldman (19:15)
Dear Peter by Evangeline Dickson (20:30)
