Maiden Speech is a dynamic and exciting theatre festival that provides a much-needed platform to showcase the boldest new work from a new generation of theatremakers. With a focus on the performer as creator, the festival returns for a third year with its most ambitious and varied programme yet. From solo shows and gig theatre to spoken word and drag cabaret, Maiden Speech offers fresh perspectives on identity, gender, and sexuality through a myriad of stories and styles. Brought to you by a team of Mountview graduates, the 2019 season features an impressive array of multi-disciplinary artists from around the globe.

 

Pricing explained

Festival Pass (£40/£35) this ticket grants entry to any number of performances during the festival subject to availability. Once your Festival Pass is purchased you will be sent a code to use when booking the shows you wish to attend.

Any 3 Events Ticket (£20/£15) this ticket grants entry to any three performances across the festival subject to availability. Once your Any 3 Events Ticket is purchased you will be sent a code to use when booking the shows you wish to attend. 

Individual show ticket (£10/£7.50).
