The Energy Check, one of the UK’s leading energy consultancies, has today announced a three-year agreement to become the Official Energy Partner of The Actors Centre. The Energy Check helps clients reduce their energy costs, consumption and emissions using their expertise as utility consultants and energy efficiency technology providers.
Last year, the Energy Check saved their partners £1.9m on the cost of their utilities. Through the partnership with The Actors Centre, The Energy Check will engage with key Centre stakeholders to reduce their energy bills and introduce renewable energy technologies to help reduce the Centre’s carbon footprint.
The Energy Check’s Senior Partnership Manager, Charlie Wheatley, commented:
“We are delighted to be partnering with The Actors Centre for the next three years. The Centre has a fantastic history and world class facilities and we are looking forward to working closely with the Centre to help them continue to make significant steps in developing their ‘clean energy’ and environmentally friendly strategies.
"The Energy Check will work closely with the Centre and offer our expert consultancy services to reduce energy consumption and introduce several Energy saving projects across all of the Centre’s sites and their wider business community."
The Actors Centre’s Chief Executive, Amanda Davey, commented: "At The Actors Centre, we are delighted to partner with The Energy Check, who will help us to reach our goals of becoming a more sustainable organisation. Now more than ever, as global conversations quite rightly turn towards environmental concerns, it is imperative that every sector plays their part and works to improve and increase their sustainable practices."
