General Manager

We are looking to appoint a General Manager to lead the business forward to its 40th Anniversary and work alongside a Creative Producer to provide effective leadership and strategic direction in accordance with the Actors Centre's core values and mission.

The General Manager will take responsibility for the day to day operation of the organisation, including its artistic policy, business planning, financial administration, development, marketing, communications, staffing and facilities management, in agreement with the Creative Producer and in close collaboration with the Board and Creative Programme Director. 

Salary range: Between £30K – 35K per annum, dependent on experience.
