The Actors Centre is looking for a super-organised, number-crunching, energetic Finance and Operations Assistant to bring a new level of efficiency to our unique and buzzing arts venue in the heart of Covent Garden.

The Actors Centre is the UK’s leading charity for supporting actors throughout their careers. Inside our own building, actors can attend workshops to develop skills, hire rooms and studios for their own use, or meet and work in the Green Room, which operates as an actors’ space during the day, and in the evening as bar for our own Tristan Bates Theatre.

You're also passionate about the performing arts, and want to have some fun while you are here. Perhaps you have already worked in a theatre or arts centre environment.

This role combines an important assistant finance function with a key stand-alone administrative role managing Room Hire for the Centre. The Finance Assistant element supports the General Manager by efficiently running the day to day bookkeeping and accounting for the Centre; the administrative element is responsible for the smooth and reliable running of the Room Hire function of the Centre, working with the General Manager.

This is your opportunity to show off your superb numerical ability, and dazzle us with your administrative skills at the same time!
