Rob Ostlere is the author of The Actor’s Career Bible - in-depth career advice from industry insiders. The book is published by Bloomsbury Methuen Drama. Rob writes regular advice blogs on www.actorscareerbible.com and www.actorsandperformers.com, and is a contributor to the Actors and Performers Yearbook. As an actor, Rob trained at RADA, and has extensive experience on screen, including Game of Thrones (HBO), Infinite (Paramount), I Hate Suzie (Sky/Bad Wolf), Restless (BBC), and an award-winning regular role on BBC’s Holby City. If you are unable to make a workshop you have booked, we cannot transfer bookings. You must cancel and rebook. If a member is eligible for a refund, you will receive an automated refund into your Actors Centre account. We do not refund onto payment cards or into bank accounts. Any refund will incur a £2.00 administration charge which will be debited from your Actors Centre account.
You can request 100% of the workshop cost refunded to your account, less the £2.00 administration charge, up to two weeks before the event or workshop’s scheduled start date. If you provide less than two weeks’ notice for a cancellation, the below charges will apply.
An 80% refund will be credited to your Actors’ Centre account and can be requested up to four working days (96 hours) before the event or workshop’s scheduled start. No refunds can be processed after this time unless we are able to resell your place from a waiting list.
