How to book

Our classes are only open to Actors Centre members.

The brochure for Spring 2008 (March - May) is available on paper or from this website as a pdf download. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view a pdf file. This can be obtained free from the Adobe website.


priority bookings period

Monday 19th - Friday 30th May 2008

For current members only | Bookings in writing only | Payment must be included

For these two weeks (immediately after posting the new brochure and booking form) the Bookings Office takes written bookings only due to the huge level of demand for the new classes. Since most classes have only 12 places available, popular classes may sell out during the Priority Bookings period. A booking form and full details of how to make a Priority Booking are sent to all current members with their new brochure. They can also be printed from this website.

From Monday 3rd December members can request classes:

On the day: with Reception

In advance: with the Bookings Office

- by telephone: 020 7632 8002

Please leave a clear message with your full name, membership number, the course code and dates, and a contact telephone number. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

- by e-mail: bookclass@actorscentre.co.uk

Please include your full name, membership number, the course code and dates to allow us to deal with your enquiry straight away. We will email your confirmation to you. Email is checked 10am-4pm, so if you have an urgent query it is best to call Reception.

- in person:

Please help us to deal with your bookings quickly by bringing your membership card and a list of all the course codes and start dates for the classes you wish to book. You can book by filling out a form at Reception and the Bookings Office will phone you back with confirmation.

Please bear in mind that the Bookings Office can be very busy. We deal with urgent bookings as quickly as
possible. You will be called or emailed back to confirm your advance bookings. If you have not heard from
the bookings office within 3 working days, it is your responsibility to call and check your status.

payment for classes

We accept cash, cheque or card (Switch, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard. Electron or Solo in person.)
Payment for classes must be included with your booking. Unfortunately we are unable to process bookings
that do not include payment details. You can drop in to Reception, call Reception or Bookings at any time and
give your card details over the phone or leave them in a voicemail message, or post a cheque, remembering
to include your name and membership number.

Once booked on a class (paid or unpaid), if you do not cancel, you will be liable for the class fee
whether or not you attend.
